Footy and Co covers soccer in America — MLS, NWSL, the USL and the national teams. Scores, standings, history, stats and writing, in one place, for people who already know the game.

Everything here is free, and it will stay that way. No paywall, ever. A lot of good soccer coverage now sits behind one, and we think that's the wrong trade: the sport belongs to the people who show up for it. If we make money, it won't be by charging you to read.

More than anything, it's meant to be a platform — a place where anyone who loves the game can write, share a point of view, and tell their story. We'd rather lift up the people covering their local club than compete with them, so we keep a running list of independent outlets, podcasts and channels worth your time.

Around the writing we're building an encyclopedia of MLS — every season, match and bracket since 1996 — plus tools for digging through the history and the stats. The other leagues are newer here, and we're adding to them carefully.

The site is in beta. We're a small operation and we're still building, so pages will change, move around and occasionally break. One thing we're strict about: the numbers here are counted from the record, never typed in — and where the record is thin, we say so.
